1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of UnlimitedTTS ("Service"), operated at https://unlimitedtts.online. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

UnlimitedTTS provides an online text-to-speech conversion service. The Service allows users to convert written text into synthesized audio files (MP3). Additional services include voice cloning and AI image generation. Features available vary by account type:

• Guest users: Up to 500 characters per input, limited voice selection, free MP3 download
• Registered users: 10,000 free credits on signup, up to 50,000 characters per input with credits, all voices, conversion history
• Unlimited subscribers: Unlimited characters per month, all voices, priority support
• Voice cloning add-on: Available separately starting at 300 PKR for 100,000 clone credits. Clone any voice from a 30-second audio sample.
• AI image generation: Bulk AI image generation available inside your account dashboard.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use UnlimitedTTS to:

• Generate audio that impersonates a real person without their consent (voice cloning of real individuals)
• Create content that is illegal, defamatory, threatening, hateful, or violates any applicable law
• Reproduce copyrighted text without authorization from the copyright holder
• Generate spam, phishing, or deceptive content
• Circumvent security measures or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to make bulk requests without our written permission
• Resell or sublicense access to our Service to third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

The audio files you generate using your own text content belong to you. You grant UnlimitedTTS a limited, non-exclusive license to process your text solely to generate your requested audio output.

The UnlimitedTTS website, design, code, branding, and all original content are owned by UnlimitedTTS and protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written consent.

5. Credits & Payments

• Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law
• Credit balances do not expire but may be forfeited upon account termination for Terms violations
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 14 days' notice to registered users
• Payments are processed through NayaPay or SadaPay as described on our Pricing page
• Voice cloning credits and TTS credits are tracked separately and cannot be used interchangeably.

6. Voice Cloning & AI Image Services

6.1 Voice Cloning

Voice cloning allows you to create a synthetic voice that mimics a real person's voice from a provided audio sample.

• You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consent from any individual whose voice you clone.
• You may not clone a voice without the explicit permission of the individual.
• You may not use cloned voices to impersonate individuals for fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purposes.
• We reserve the right to remove cloned voices and terminate accounts found violating these terms.
• Cloned voices are stored securely and are only accessible to your account.

6.2 AI Image Generation

Our AI image generation service lets you create images from text descriptions.

• You retain ownership of images you generate using your own prompts.
• You may not generate images that depict illegal, violent, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• You may not generate images that infringe on someone else's copyright or trademark.
• We reserve the right to moderate generated content and restrict accounts that abuse the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Third-party service availability may affect our Service uptime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnlimitedTTS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services (Edge TTS, Google Analytics, Google AdSense). Your use of those components is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or changes.

10. Advertising

The free tier of UnlimitedTTS is supported by Google AdSense advertisements. By using the free Service, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed. We do not endorse the products or services advertised.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at admin@unlimitedtts.online. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users via email and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
